  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for flavour)

  • Fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth

  • Large bowl

  • An airtight container for storage


Instructions

  1. Rinse and Soak: Rinse the millet thoroughly under running water to remove any debris. Soak the millet in 2 cups of water for 6-8 hours or overnight to soften the grains and improve digestibility.


  2. Drain and Blend: Drain the soaked millet and add it to a blender with 2 cups of fresh water. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth and milky.
